Hello good day,im a newbie here and been searching for the net to come up with a good site to help us with our problem and luckily im came across with this site. My British boyfriend and i are engaged for almost a year now and we are planning to get a fiancee visa for me since we had a problem getting his CNI in the UK.we had meet 4 times already and he will come again for his 5th visit this September.we know already most of the requirements and currently getting everything for him to bring it when he comes over.we would be please if somebody can help us regarding what agencies or immigration agencies they had use when they applied for one.we had contacted Annset Travel agency,Enhance immigration and Manilavisa but it will be helpful for us to know someone who had the experience in using that said agency.and how long does it take to apply one?thank you so much,any information will be appreciated.

Hello Everyone! Hi, I am newbie here. I live in the Philippines, age 40yrs old then a single mother with 1 daughter at her age of 2years old then my boyfriend age 56yrs old, he is a british national and want to adopt my daughter. We plan to marry late this year. So I would like to ask if i can process the adoption paper in advance in the court before we get married atleast we prepared it? What is the possible doing on my boyfriend regarding on this matter? What are the requirements from my bf before we go on the process for the adoption of my daughter? How many weeks/months will it take to process the adoption paper in court here in our country then how much it will cost? Do, my bf need an appearance in the court regarding the adoption?
Hoping that i will be enlightened by these querries.
