I was dating a real live scammer and didn't realise.
I met Maria (not her real name of course) at an Internet dating website. Early thirties with a young son, she described herself as a sImple church going woman. No makeup, no revealing clothes... just natural beauty.
Maria worked as a maid in a big house and the owner allowed her to use the computer at night whilst everyone was sleeping. I asked about the child's father - she tearfully told me she'd loved him very much but he died in a car car crash whilst she was pregnant.
